Hammer provides cost effective living arrangements for adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions. Through innovative programs, Hammer helps create stable, secure home environments that deeply enrich the quality of life for many families. Approximately 140 people in the Twin Cities metro area have called Hammer "home" for more than 25 years. Hammer has been serving people with disabilities for more than 84 years.
