Training
The staff members who provide direct care to our clients are our vital link to the people we serve. Employees receive coaching, modeling, support, oversight and back-up as needed from the supervisory staff, many of whom have previously worked as direct care professionals. We provide formal and on-the-job training for all employees including mandatory and elective educational opportunities to enhance effectiveness while supporting people with developmental disabilities.
