We encourage residents to help in the upkeep of their homes to foster a sense of responsibility and to develop a greater sense of pride and ownership in their homes.

Each person served at Hammer has the privacy of his or her own bedroom and ample living space for relaxation.
Each home is supported with overnight staff members who maintain the safety and security of those living in Hammer homes.
Hammer maintains 30 locations, ensuring that individual needs are met.
14 Hammer residences feature automatic sprinkler systems, enhancing the personal safety of our residents.
Hammer's maintenance personnel conduct monthly safety checks.
As Hammer residents age, many homes are adapted to meet their increasing physical needs and provide an increasingly secure, accessible home.
